Site Opening
Today marks the (not so grand) opening of the You Have Chosen . Us website. This website is a blog, and as such will be a source of various information, opinions, and goodies. It may look pretty empty at the moment, but it should fill up rather quickly.It’s not your typical blog either. It’s not as focused on any single topic like most blogs - I currently plan to feature Entertainment reviews (movies, tv series, possibly games and whatnot), Random Thinkings (some of my brainy things can be pretty ‘out there’), Tutorials (for the odd moment where I feel like teaching people stuff for free), and news for -not one, but- four sites.
Let’s go over all the (current) parts of this blog. First are the Entertainment Reviews. To be perfectly honest, I’m not thatinterested in letting the world know what I think of movies or other entertainment. On the other hand, it’s a good chance to get some writing experience, and I do watch a helluva lot of movies, tv series, and anime. There’s no harm in letting people know my opinions about any of them, which is why the category was included. Random Thinkings should be a lot of fun. It’s where I jot down whatever pops into my mind (or at least anything that’s worthy of being jotted down - for everyone to read). It’s hard to explain what’ll be there, so all I can say is to check out one of those posts. Hopefully you’ll like it, if not, you only lost a few minutes of your time. The Tutorials are similar to the entertainment reviews. Good writing experience (of a different kind, of course - more professional), and hopefully people will appreciate it. Finally there’s the News for the four sites. That one should be pretty self-explanatory.
So, in conclusion, welcome. May you (and I) have many happy hours on this new adventure.
